Thank you for your purchase. We trust you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your proof of purchase.


All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, we will arrange return shipping with our couriers.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will notify you of our finding. If the item(s) were supplied to you correctly and in good condition, you may be liable for the return shipping costs.

Items supplied via electronic lisence / activation key cannot be returned.
